Buenos Aires: The City of Cerati's Fury

Why is Buenos Aires called "The City of Fury"?

It is named after the song "La ciudad de la furia" by the popular Argentine rock band Soda Stereo.

Gustavo Cerati wrote a song for Soda Stereo in 1988 that speaks of an apocalyptic city where fury itself is also a subtle way of portraying the times, both political and economic, in Argentina at the time.

Do you know the song?
